Round Steak

Our steaks are cut directly out of a yearling calf. Our red meat is always “hanging fresh” and never boxed. All steaks are hormone and antibiotic free with no preservatives. One round steak typically weighs 1.5lb – 2lb so please order more than 1lb to suffice order.
